Property investment is a rewarding business and we like to give back by remembering those who are less fortunate.

Every time we raise an invoice for a property that is purchased,  part of our fee goes to a worthy cause.

We particularly like charities where a direct, tangible impact is made - for instance The 88bikes Foundation. 88bikes supplies bicycles to girls all over the world - many of which are survivors of human trafficking.

For $88 per bike, we are able to directly change the life of a girl in a challenging place by providing her with a means of transport, together with the joy of owning a bicycle.  This also allows us to contribute to the local economy since each new bike is bought from local merchants.

In September 2016, Opulen made a donation that will see 27 bikes delivered to an entire class of girls and we will continue to support this worthwhile cause.

Our CEO, Matthew Siddell, also acts as a committee member to the Variety Club children’s charity. As one of the organisers of the annual Variety Gastronomic Evening, Matthew strongly believes that each child should have an equal opportunity to reach their potential, regardless of their circumstances.
